CONSTITUTION
 
    

ARTICLE III

III. 1a The President shall be required to assemble the membership of the Minority Student Association for a formal meeting on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month during the school year. In months when Washington and Lee University is not in session on the second or fourth Tuesday, arrangements shall be made to meet on the next available Tuesday or Thursday. Additional meetings, formal and informal, shall be scheduled as necessary under conditions set forth in this Constitution and the Bylaws.

III. 1b A formal meeting shall be the only meeting at which the official business of the Minority Student Association can be! conducted and voted upon. Impeachment proceedings shall be the only exception.

III. 1c No formal meeting shall proceed without first establishing a quorum, as described in the Bylaws.
