CONSTITUTION of the MINORITY STUDENT ASSOCIATION of
Washington and Lee University

We, the members of the Minorities Student Association of Washington and Lee University, in order to secure a just and harmonious manner to resolve our disputes, promote ethnic cultural awareness among ethnic Student as well as others, support the recruitment and retention of academically qualified minority candidates, provide a social support group for minority students in fostering their success and happiness, assist in efforts by the administration to improve the status of minority student life, encourage interracial cooperation, and to create a monolithic and unwavering voice against racism and discrimination in whatever form it may appear on this campus, do hereby ordain, and establish this constitution for the Minority Student Association of Washington and Lee University.
